Hi! I'm Sawjanya K,

Specializing in Mathematics (years 6 -13) and Sciences (Years 6- 11) with over eight years of experience in face-to-face Maths, Further Maths and science tutoring.

A little about my background: my name is Sawjanya K, and I'm an engineering professional by day and a very passionate Math and Science tutor by night! A mum of one, originally from India, I discovered that my "Die-Hard" passion for teaching was in my blood coming from a family of professors and teachers!

I have been constantly teaching and Learning at the same time since 2017 as I started teaching in Singapore from Secondary KS3 going up to A-levels. After moving to Dubai in 2019, I began focusing my efforts on individual face to face tuitions.

The events of 2020 prompted me to go online as well and extend support to many students facing difficulties. During this phase, I realised what advantages face-to-face lesson learning offers to a student compared to online lessons. If you haven't yet tried any face-to-face tuition, then you might be surprised at how effective it can be!

The biggest reward that I look for during my sessions is that time when I am able to help a student who has been struggling with a particular concept to understand it, and the student realizes that, actually, it's not as hard as they thought!!
